SarahC

Sarah - Owner

Sarah is a mum of 2 and co-creator of the Bodi Barn, and also the owner of another local business, The Lash Lounge. She discovered Reformer Pilates as a low-impact exercise to improve flexibility and reduce back pain. Noticing both physical and mental benefits, she was inspired to open The Bodi Barn alongside Natalie. Together, they have created a boutique studio in Bromsgrove to share these benefits with the local community.

Natalie - Owner

Nat is new to the Reformer Pilates life, she trained with Polestar Pilates in London, the Summer of 2024. Alongside Nat’s Sports Therapy clinic, that she’s ran for over 12 years, she mainly teaches Beginners classes at The Bodi Barn, but you’ll see her across the timetable for the mixed ability classes sometimes, if cover is needed. Nat enjoys the outdoors, spending time with her better half Douglas 🐶 and being around her friends and family 🫶🏻

Sarah - Instructor

Sarah is a passionate fitness professional, holding certifications as a reformer Pilates instructor, yoga instructor, and personal trainer. She is also a loving parent to three children.
Her academic background includes a BSc in Biology and a MSc in Psychology. These degrees provide her with a solid understanding of the human body from both a scientific and mindful perspective.
As a reformer Pilates instructor, Sarah focuses on delivering strong, full-body workouts that emphasize precision and dynamic movements. Her teaching style combines the essential elements of strength training with kindness and an element of fun.

Emily - Instructor

Emily’s background is personal training, but had a love for pilates, both mat & reformer, and knew that she wanted to get a qualification in teaching very quickly. The feeling she had after my first session was so different from her usual weight training sessions, and instantly knew she wanted to replicate this feeling for other people!

She has been teaching now since September 2025. Emily’s teaching style is dynamic – she loves to add layers onto all movements, and always tries to push everyone to their full potential, whatever stage they’re at in their pilates journey!

The thing Emily loves most about being an instructor is the feeling she can give to members after leaving a class – that realisation that they’re stronger then they may initially think.”

Jane - Instructor

Jane is a passionate advocate for exercise and a highly qualified Personal Trainer and Body Transformation Coach. With over 10 years of experience teaching Pilates Reformer, Jane focuses on enhancing the mind body connection and improving core strength. Her journey with Pilates began as a method of rehabilitation following a car accident over 20 years ago. This transformative experience ignited a profound passion for Pilates and a strong desire to help others through injury recovery.

Sharn - Instructor

Sharn is certified in both mat and reformer Pilates from London Pilates Academy.
She always searched for a workout that she could actually enjoy, once she found reformer pilates 4 years ago, she fell in love. The mixture of strength and mobility benefits plus the amazing female driven community made it so attractive to her.
She loves the way its improved her posture and feels so much better whilst working a desk job.
In 2025, she took the leap to become an instructor and shes really enjoyed connecting with so many people and sharing her love for Pilates ever since!

Pav - Instructor

After an established career in finance, Pav followed her passion for movement and wellbeing to become a certified Reformer Pilates instructor. She’s dedicated to helping people build strong, healthy bodies and balanced minds through inclusive, supportive teaching.

With a belief that Pilates is for everyone, Pav creates a welcoming space where clients feel confident and empowered. She looks forward to teaching you all!

Jess - Instructor

Jess has over 10 years experience helping people move better, she has seen how powerful Reformer Pilates is for building strength, improving mobility, and creating lasting results. Jess’s background in cross-functional training gives her a strong understanding of how the body works, which she will use to help you get the most from every movement on the reformer.

Jess’s sessions focus on precise technique, dynamic flow, and mindful movement — challenging you while keeping things supportive and uplifting. She is here to help you push past limits, celebrate your progress, and create a tailored experience that leaves you feeling confident and motivated.

Millie - Instructor

Millie is super excited to take you through some flows. Millie has a background in dance and fell in love with Pilates whilst living in Australia. Millie’s classes are high energy but also a space for you to switch off from the outside world, and she will always push you to reach your full potential 🫶🏼💫 Millie looks forward to meeting you all soon and helping you smash your goals!

Katie - Instructor

Katie is a qualified reformer pilates instructor, ex professional dancer and mother to four beautiful daughters. Katie’s journey in life has meant her body has had to adapt many times and its through these experiences that she has developed a deep understanding of the needs of other women and people shes teaching.

Katies passion for pilates has come from her passion for people and encouraging them to make changes to their health and wellness journeys so they are as happy and healthy as they can be.

Runya is Mat and Reformer qualified instructor with a passion for Pilates. Runya’s love for Pilates has fueled her wellness journey, inspiring her to help others achieve a harmonious mind-body connection. Chantelle - Instructor

Chantelle is a qualified Reformer Pilates instructor with a strong passion for all things health and well-being. She first discovered Reformer Pilates a few years ago as a way to unwind during her time when working as cabin crew, she instantly fell in love with this incredible way to move. Chantelle is passionate about helping others feel stronger, move better and find balance in both body and mind.
