"My first time and it didn't disappoint. I have done a lot of mat Pilates but this takes things to another level. Loved the studio and the trainer Catherine Hudson was great and explained everything very well. I feel that when you become familiar with the reformer you would easily be able to tailor sessions to your ability yourself. Definitely will be booking on a regular basis."
